Fountainhead is never an easy course to photograph—or to run. Tight singletrack, constant elevation change, and deep forest corridors make every mile earned and every image hard-won. From early climbs to late-race grit, this gallery reflects what makes this course a favorite: effort, focus, and the quiet determination that defines trail running.
