Sixteen years of racing at Rosaryville and EX2 added something new — a 5K, run early enough that the fast ones could double back and start the 10K, see the whole park in one morning. The trails were flowy. The sun was bright and contrasty in the woods, bare branches throwing hard shadows on the singletrack. Cool temps kept cooler by a persistent wind. The oaks still marcescent, holding last year's leaves. Down low the understory was pushing small green leaves — the season building from the ground up, same as the runners, most of them still early in their year, still finding their legs. They finished smiling. The kids closed it out with their own race and the kind of effort that doesn't know how to pace itself.
How to Find Your Photos (Something new)
Starting with this race, we're delivering EX2 Adventures race photos through RunSignUp — the same platform you used to register. That means finding your photos is faster and more direct than before.
There are two ways to find your shots:
Through results: Head to the RunSignUp results page for the event, find your name, and your photos should be matched to your bib number automatically.
Browse the full gallery: You can also scroll through the complete collection of every photo from the day.
All downloads are free.
A Note on Trail Photography
The bib matching on RunSignUp is automatic, which means it's fast — but not perfect. If you don't see photos matched to your bib in the results, browse the full gallery. There are plenty of untagged images worth scrolling through, and there's a good chance you're in there. And as always, not every runner gets captured on course. We shoot thousands of photos at every event and do our best to cover as much of the course as possible, but some moments slip past.
We'd love to hear how this new process works for you. If you have feedback — good or bad — drop us a line.
